Album review – Chris Brown’s ‘Breezy’

Chris Brown, an American artist, dancer & actor ( some may say the new generations King of R&B) has dropped his new 24-track, self-titled album ‘Breezy’ making this his 10th album whilst being in the game for almost 2 decades.

His latest release includes artists who compliment him vocally such as Blxst, Ella Mai, Jack Harlow, Wizkid and many more.

Throughout the project Chris Brown floats between different styles as he’s known to do.

Breezy gives us some traditional sexy R&B tracks: ‘Pitch Black’, ‘Sleep At Night’, ‘Warm Embrace’ and over the drill-infused ‘C.A.B Catch A Body’ featuring Fivio Foreign.Call Me Everyday’ featuring Wizkid giving us the African/Caribbean feel getting us ready for the summer.

Chris Brown in my books is always top tier as he does it once again by giving his fans too many standout tracks.

‘Even if you’re not the biggest R&B fan, Brown explores enough sub-genres of R&B and there’s enough influences from other genres that if you’re a fan of good music you’ll enjoy this album,. – Kevin Bourne
